Returns and Refunds
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect or defective item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is faulty or incorrect, or where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Exceptions: Non-Refundable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

- Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging
